The Artisan Touch: Traditional Hot-Stamp Debossing

Unlike laser engraving, which burns through fibers, or superficial ink prints that wear off over time, we use the time-honored technique of heat and pressure debossing.

Each layout is carefully composed by hand, letter by letter, using solid brass typography. Heated to precise temperatures and applied with calibrated pressure, the brass stamps leave a clean, recessed impression into the grain of the leather without ever compromising its durability.

Why every impression is unique: The depth and subtle tone of the stamp naturally interact with the grain, temper, and natural oils of each hide (especially across our upcycled leathers). This refined, understated relief catches the light and patinas beautifully alongside the item over the years.

Que pouvez-vous faire graver sur votre article en cuir ?

1. Initiales (Le grand classique)

De 1 à 3 lettres en capitales (ex. A.C, JML). Idéal pour un marquage discret et intemporel sur un porte-cartes, un portefeuille ou l'embout d'une sangle photo.

2. Prénoms courts

Un prénom (jusqu'à 8 à 10 caractères, ex. LÉO, EMMA, JULIE). Nous recommandons les compositions concises pour préserver l'équilibre visuel et la finesse de la ligne de l'accessoire.

3. Dates clés & Chiffres symboliques

Une année de naissance ou une date marquante (ex. 1984, 12.06.24). Une attention idéale pour transformer une pièce artisanale en cadeau d'anniversaire ou de fête mémorable.
