Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest. However, if you have a question regarding any issue, please contact me.

You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason for all products, **excluding "made-to-measure" (custom)** and **non-engraved** items. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the package.

Legal exception related to personalization (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code):
The right of withdrawal and cancellation requests do not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. All items that have been custom-made or feature a personalized engraving (initials, first names) are therefore strictly excluded from any exchange, return, or refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal on eligible products (standard, non-engraved), you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email to info@creationacc.com or through our contact form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the 14-day period expires.

Goods Return Instructions

If you wish to return a standard item, please send us an email at info@creationacc.com stating your name, address, order number, and specifying which items are concerned.
Once notified within 14 days, ship the items back within 14 days following the date of notification.

You are responsible for any potential damage the item may sustain during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend returning products properly packaged, in good condition, and in their original box and packaging.

You must provide us with a tracking number for the return package. Shipping via tracked letter or Colissimo is recommended.

If an item is shipped from abroad, please ensure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs fees. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees applied to the package.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the initial purchase, after the workshop receives and verifies the conformity of the item.

If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
