Refunds and exchanges

You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason this contract, except for engraved pieces and bespoke creations.The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you ordered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us by means of a clear explanation (by e-mail) of your decision.
In order to meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send us the message about the right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawal.

Instructions relating to the return of goods

If you wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail to info@creationacc.com stating your name, address, e-mail, order number, and specifying what articles are concerned.
Once reported before 14 days, ship the items within 14 days of the date of the notification.
You are responsible for any possible damage incurred by the item during the return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the product properly packaged, in good condition and in the box and the original packaging.
Please provide us with a mandatory tracking number for the return parcel.
The send letter follow-up is recommended.
If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it is marked as "RETURNED GOODS" (Return of goods) to avoid any customs charges. We will not be held responsible for any customs fees applied to the package.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original purchase.
If the product or packaging is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value at the time of repayment of the product.
The cancellation of an order after purchase on the site https://creationacc.com could not be taken into account. Refer to the terms and conditions of returning items.
